Appointment Policies
To help us stay on schedule and give every guest the time they deserve, please keep the following in mind:
- Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment so we can get you checked in and started on time.
- Cancellations or changes require at least 24 hours' notice.
- Late arrivals may need to be adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled depending on the service and our schedule that day.
- Appointments may require a card on file or deposit to reserve the time, especially longer color services, extensions, bridal styling, or group appointments.
