Everything you need to know before your visit.
Consultations & Booking
For major color changes, balayage, highlights, fashion color, color correction, or extensions, we recommend a consultation first. This helps us understand your hair history, current color, condition, and goal before giving a realistic plan and estimate.
Yes. For color services, you can send us a photo of your current hair in natural light, a photo of your roots, and an inspiration photo of the look you want. This helps our stylists guide you toward the right service.
Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, but appointments are recommended. For color, extensions, facials, waxing, and threading, booking ahead is the best way to make sure we have the right specialist available.
More about BlowoutCall or text us and we can help guide you. You can also send current photos of your hair and an inspiration photo so we can recommend the best starting point.
Yes. Many guests book color and a haircut together so the final shape and color work together. We can help schedule enough time for both services.

Pricing depends on your hair length, thickness, current color, hair history, and the final result you want. Some services may require multiple sessions. We can give a better estimate after reviewing your photos or seeing your hair in person.
More about BalayageYes. Color correction is available by consultation. Because every correction is different, we need to see your hair first before giving a plan, price, or timing estimate.
More about Color CorrectionYes. We offer fashion colors such as vivid, pastel, and creative color looks. Depending on your current hair color, lightening may be needed before applying the final shade.
Balayage creates a softer, more blended look with a natural grow-out. Highlights are usually more structured and can create brighter overall dimension. Your stylist can recommend the better option for your goal.
More about BalayageYes. We offer gray coverage, root touch-ups, highlights, lowlights, and gray blending depending on the look you want and how much maintenance you prefer.
Yes. Toner and gloss services can refresh color, add shine, adjust tone, or soften brassiness between larger color appointments.
More about HighlightsSometimes, but not always. Going lighter depends on your current color, previous color history, hair health, and desired shade. Some transformations may require multiple sessions to keep the hair healthy.
More about BalayageIt depends on the service. Root touch-ups are usually maintained more often, while balayage and lived-in color can usually go longer between appointments. Your stylist can recommend a maintenance schedule.
Yes. We offer perms and smoothing services. The best option depends on your hair type, current condition, and the result you want, so a consultation may be recommended.
More about Keratin TreatmentBefore Your Appointment
Yes. Inspiration photos are very helpful. We recommend bringing 2–3 photos so your stylist can understand the tone, brightness, shape, and overall look you want.
Inspiration photos are used as a guide. The final result depends on your starting color, hair history, hair condition, and what is realistic in one session.
Avoid heavy oils, sprays, or temporary root cover-up before your appointment. If possible, arrive with your hair dry and easy for the stylist to evaluate.
More about BalayageFor most services, clean, dry hair is helpful. You do not need to wash it right before coming in, but avoid arriving with heavy product buildup.
