Color Correction in Anaheim Hills
Color correction is what you need when something did not go the way it was supposed to. Box dye that went darker than the picture, highlights that turned brassy, banding from repeated root touch-ups, or a color that simply did not suit you.
We will not quote a correction from a description. Every one is different, and the honest answer depends on what is already on your hair and what condition it is in. Sometimes it is one appointment, sometimes it is a plan over two or three visits so the hair survives it. Booking a consultation first is not us being difficult, it is the only way to give you a real number.
This service needs a consultation before booking so we can give you a real price and a real plan.
Request a consultationWhat to expect
- 1
Consultation first
We look at your hair in person, ask what has been done to it, and tell you what is achievable and over how many visits.
- 2
A plan and a range
You get the approach, the likely number of hours and a price range before anything is mixed. Nothing starts until you agree to it.
- 3
Protecting the hair
Sometimes the right answer is to do less in one sitting. We would rather take two appointments than hand you back damaged hair.
Common questions
Why can you not give me a price over the phone?+
Because the same request can be two hours or ten depending on what is already on the hair. Any number we gave you without looking would be a guess, and you would be the one caught out by it.
Can you fix box dye?+
Usually, yes. Box color deposits more pigment than salon color and does not always lift evenly, so it often takes more than one session. Bring the box or the shade name if you still have it.
Will my hair be damaged?+
Lightening always asks something of the hair. The job of a good correction is to get you to the goal with the condition intact, which sometimes means spreading the work across visits rather than forcing it in one.
